Since your Despatch was written you have in your telegram of the 22nd. January authorised the retention of the 5 tael limit for the currency of the existing Farm only.

Your wishes for reduction of the size of tin

will be considered in connection with the arrangements to come

into force on 1st. February, 1914, and I will report on the

question in due course.
